Free Audit. 5% Filing Fee. Held in Escrow.
The audit costs you nothing. You only ever pay 5% of the refund we actually recover — and even that sits in escrow with BDO until your money arrives.
Free Audit
We analyze your entries and deliver a full refund breakdown in 24–48 hours. No cost, no credit card, no commitment.
You File With Us
If you choose to proceed, our fee is just 5% of your refund — deposited into BDO escrow, not paid to TariffBack.
You Get Paid
Your refund arrives (60–90 days). Only then is our 5% released from escrow. You keep 95% — and risk nothing.
Why this protects you
The audit is free, so you see exactly what you're owed before paying anything. Our 5% filing fee is held in escrow by BDO, one of the world's leading audit and advisory networks, and released only once your refund lands — so we're never paid before you are.

How CBP Pays Your Refund
All IEEPA refunds are paid electronically by U.S. Customs and Border Protection — directly into your US bank account via ACH transfer.
1. CAPE Filing
Your refund claim is submitted through CBP's CAPE portal in ACE as a CSV of eligible entry numbers. CBP runs a two-round validation on each entry.
2. CBP Approval
CBP reviews and approves each claim line. Approved entries are queued for payment. Both the principal duty amount and accrued interest are included in your refund.
3. US Bank Account Required
CBP issues all refunds via ACH to a US bank account on file in your ACE Portal profile. Paper checks are not issued. If your ACH enrollment is missing or incorrect, CBP places the payment in reject status until resolved.
4. ACH Transfer
Once approved, funds hit your bank account within 60–90 days of filing. Refunds started going out as early as May 12, 2026 — some importers have already received payment.
A common reason refunds get stuck: missing or outdated ACH bank info in ACE. Before filing, your ACE profile must have a valid US bank account enrolled for refunds. We verify this as part of every audit — so your payment goes through the first time.
